Duccio Santi

The ViceVersa project was founded by Architect Duccio Santi, a professional with a solid academic background and extensive experience in construction design and project management, who has always been passionate about sports and a regular gym-goer.

Graduated in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Milan, with a master’s degree in English, Arch. Santi has gained significant international experience by collaborating with studios and professional firms in Spain, Portugal, and Argentina.

Throughout his career, Arch. Santi has held responsible roles in various areas, including design, site management, and acting as a liaison for public tenders, acquiring a comprehensive understanding of the business process.

Currently, he works as a cost estimator in the design office of a leading company based in Brescia, specializing in prefabrication, with a particular focus on the production of concrete prefabricated elements and wooden structures.

His experience as an architect and cost estimator has enabled Arch. Santi to develop in-depth knowledge of the entire process of designing and executing a project, from problem definition to the practical realization of the final product. Notably, he has honed his skills in managing project development, adapting to practical needs, and optimizing costs.

His methodical approach and attention to human resources, a crucial element for the success of any project, are reflected in precise financial and contractual management. These qualities allow him to achieve excellent results even in complex and highly specialized contexts.

Within the framework of the ViceVersa project, Arch. Santi collaborates with a team of highly qualified external consultants, including mechanical designers, physicians, physiotherapists, and personal trainers, ensuring a multidisciplinary and innovative approach.
